Becoming a volunteer member grants you access to the great services we offer in our Volunteer Plan. It’s really easy to purchase a membership - simply click the Join button below and follow the onscreen instructions.
If you would like to gift a membership to a household that you know or would like to donate to an organisation, we can organise this for you. Please fill in this Gift Support form and we will administer the gift on your behalf.

You will receive an e-mail once a month to invite you to attend a group. The e-mail contains a link to Eventbright and you can request your free virtual ticket. This will then give you the simple joining instructions to the session that is hosted on zoom.

Your membership entitles you to six sessions of counselling for any issue. The telephone number to request the service is included in your welcome e-mail. Also, on the Wellbeing portal, information on how to access the service by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp and live chat are detailed in the 24/7 support section.

Yes, you can use these services for any issues that are having an impact on you, your partner or a dependent child over 16 years old.

The counselling service is confidential and no information regarding the content of the call will be shared with your local authority. However, if there are safeguarding issues these will be responded to appropriately. Full details of the confidentiality arrangements are made available to you at the beginning of every call.

The well-being platform can be downloaded as an app from your usual App Store.
